I strongly advise meditation- if not experienced now is the time to learn; you can find many guided meditations on youtube. Avoid sweets ; simple carbs, emphasize veggies ; proteins. 5-htp (200-300 mg at bedtime), tulsi tea ; ashwagandha ; magensium and b-complex should help. Consider counseling ;/or eft.
