Treatment: Yes. Of course exercise and getting to kearney how to sleep again naturally will help. But that us not the solution. You will benefit from drug treatment education and the fellowship that comes with being in a fellowship of others who are quitting their addiction.

Yes, low glycemic: Sorry to hear of your problems. Yes, exercise is one of the best ways to reduce anxiety. I strongly advise meditation- if not experienced now is the time to learn; you can find many guided meditations on youtube. Avoid sweets ; simple carbs, emphasize veggies ; proteins. 5-htp (200-300 mg at bedtime), tulsi tea ; ashwagandha ; magensium and b-complex should help. Consider counseling ;/or eft.
