Feeling loss, stress: And anxious may be normal if you've experienced a significant loss or are in a stressful situation. If the feelings persist, interfere significantly with daily functioning, or seem excessive or not connected to anything happening in your life, they may be more related to dysfunctional thinking. The question is how to handle them. A psychologist or counselor can help with that question.
