Angina: is term used for chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart muscle. An exercise stress test has fairly good predictive value for having a heart attack within the subsequent 10 years. With limited risk factors, it is questionable whether a stress test is indicated in a 34 year old male. The best things you can do are exercise regularly and maintain a heart healthy diet & healthy weight.

Cardiology: As with any medical diagnostics, a "stress test" for your heart has many, many variables that affect its interpretation. Cardiac testing can suggest the presence of coronary artery disease or angina but will not predict the future development of it. The best place to start is a thorough history and physical exam :)
