It depends: Psychological or physiological stress may precipitate many of dermatologic conditions by affecting the state of the immune system. Nevertheless, the mouth ulcers can be caused by an infectious agents, such as yeast and bacteria, medications, but can also be caused by immunobullous disorders. A proper evaluation by a primary care physician or dermatologist would be warranted.
