A member asked:

I was pouring some gas in a lawn mower this morning and spilled some gas. the lawn mower is in our enclosed garage. are there any health concerns from spilling the small amount of gas?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Garage exploding: Anytime you spill gas in an enclosed space it is best to ventilate the space as quickly as possible. The garage can become the same as the ignition cylinder in your car & a spark may set of an explosion. Best to fill only outside in a well ventilated space. Otherwise a few gas fumes shouldn't bother you.
