If you're just feeling bloated, then it could be an ovarian cyst that's secreting hormones that can make you feel bloated. Either way, it's worth going to the doctor.

Yes: Fibroids can enlarge the uterus to make a woman look pregnant. During a physical exam, doctor will often describe the enlarged fibroid-filled uterus in terms of a similar size pregnancy.
