Uterine enlargment: First, if you've only done urine pregnancy tests, have a serum (blood) test done. Some women have an antibody that prevents them from ever having a positive urine test. There are other reasons for uterine enlargement like adenomyosis. If its unclear why your uterus is enlarged then an MRI of the pelvis may be warranted.
