Of course not !: Both hepatitis b & diabetes can be treated, & relatively easily. More importantly, before either condition presents, both conditions can be prevented--your obstetrician can keep an unborn baby from contracting hepatitis b from its mother; weight management & appropriate diet can forestall diabetes. Even early-presentation diabetics can prevent the longterm health consequences. Get medical care!

Hard to say: To get the most reasoned response from this site you need to provide enough background information for that to occur. Are you estranged from your family & are they not willing to seek treatment or accept help ? Have you disowned them or they you ? These conditions are treatable and many have great success & relatively normal lives. You are welcome to start over & describe the issues.
