Diabetes: No, not yet. Just eat healthy, exercise, and check your HGB a1c periodically to be safe. So far you are okay.

Get checked, etc.,,,: Considering your family history and your own information, it is really important for you to see your doctor and get checked with.Lab readings and a physical exam. Your being overweight and increased thirst and urine results raise red flags for diabetes already. The fact that you smoke doesn't help. So see your doctor to get checked and hopefully get on a diet and exercise program, etc..

Weight loss : Though you at high risk of becoming full type 2 dm. Weight loss and healthy diet without smoking will reduce your risk of CAD .Your doctor may consider starting you on metformin as you already have Insulin resistance.
