Repeat test in 2 wks: Basically the testing showed that there was no infection previous. 3 days was too early to test for the current issue. Hiv can take up to 4-6 months. Your question indicated that you used protection. This would dramatically lower your risk of fluid transmitted diseases.

Protection: If you used effective protection (barrier, such as condom), your risk of chlamydia is extremely low. The longer out from the exposure, the more sensitive the test (chlamydia is a bacteria, so it takes time for it to grow and give a strong enough signal to show positive); if you are concerned, request a retest in about a week.
