A partner that i had sex with in early february tested positive for chlamydia. i did a blood test = negative. do i still run the risk of carrying?

Not how its done: You don't check for chlamydia with a blood test. You submit pee or have a swab done of your penile outlet. Since you may be part of the 30% of males who never have symptoms with this germ, you could easily have it and spread it.
