Hi every 3 to 4 months i seem to get a build of mucous its so bad that im nearly vomiting all day.?

Some people wear masks when going to areas of concentrated allergens, but until your tested by blood studies or skin tests you may not know all to avoid. A steroid nasal spray pm and am after irrigation is a rx used by M.D.'s.
