Get checked: If this has been an ongoing problem for more than a couple of weeks, then you likely either have chronic rhinitis or bronchitis. An evaluation can help to pinpoint the problem (anything from allergies, chronic irritation, lung problems, structural sinus problems, etc). Getting it to stop will depend upon the primary problem.
