Vasculitis: The most likely diagnoses are: lupus, polyarteritis nodosa, wegeners granulomatosis, and sarcoidosis. I would also test for syphilis, lyme, and erlichiosis. Let your doctor know if you have any symptoms outside the eye area also; that can help sort out the cause of your problem.

Vasculitis: Your ffa leaks are due to changes in the walls of vessels in the posterior portion of the eye leading to thinning and leakage of fluid from the vessels. It sounds as if you have generalized immuno and vascular disease of the eye. Ask your ophthalmologist to refer you to a uveitis specialist to get a better understanding of the whole picture and preserve your eye.
