Gastric sleeve leak...had ct scan, gi swallow test, and endoscopy and all show no leak. when drink blue dye it shows up on jp drain???? why

Limits of studies: All above studies done to detect leak have their limitations and sometime clinical suspicion is the best test!!! Hopefully the leak is small because it did not show on all these tests. Typically situation like this can be managed without need for further operation unless patient is very sick(septic) however surgeon on the case can give the best opinion after evaluating the whole picture.
