There is: No known prevention for this, other than controlling the RA itself. Work with your rheumatologist on this.

You usually cannot: Uveitis is not more common in RA but scleritis and eipscleritis are. Ocular involvement remains uncommon so you should not worry over this. There is no way to definitively prevent it.
