Leak: Despite the tests, you must still be leaking internally. Not all x-rays see everything & endoscopy will not see a small leak. Contact & see your surgeon ASAP.

Those tests: look for a large opening. CT would need other findings to pin point the opening. The vital dye blue is best as it will tract along a tiny opening log before other test see the opening
