Try new agents: If taking for a fib, you may want to consider Pradaxa or xarelto because more predictable levels and don't even need to monitor inr.

Endogenous Vit K: Your body manufactures vitamin k through bacteria in the gut and elimination of contents can be slow. Also, there is a lingering effect of warfarin for a few days. Response to corrective measures is not immediate and can be a rocky road.
