Fexofenadine: Tough to say which is safest and if any can contribute to sezures in your daughter, but fexofenadine (allegra) does not cross the blood brain barrier. That is the reason it does not cause drowsiness. And because it does not cross the blood brain barrier, it likely has limited ability to contribute to your daughters seizures.

Any of these: To my knowledge and from my experience, all of the above are safe in a patient with seizures. None of the allergy and asthma medications really increase the seizure threshold.
