Could be infection: Depending on whether or not you are sexually active and are or are not monogamous you could be experiencing any number of pelvic problems such as pelvic inflammatory disease, hemorragic cystitis, or some sort of cysts. I suggest that you check with your primary care provider sooner rather than later.
