Iv recently had some blood test an iv been told my stomach producing to much acid so his put me on loads off pills is there anyway i can prevent this?

Lifestyle changes may also help; such as avoiding spicy food and reducing stress. You can also see a dr who is trained in osteopathic manipulation in which they can examine possible structural causes. Speak with your doctor and see if you can address the cause rather then just the symptoms.
