Your symptoms: May not be a result of your medication. It may be part of your disease process, I.e you may have GI symptoms associated with your infection that you were treating with the medication in question. Or you may be getting the most common side effect associated with Azithromycin (Z pak) after being fortunate before. Or you may have interaction with other over the counter stuff you took earlier.
