Mantle Cell Lymphoma: Mcl (mantle cell lymphoma) responds to chemotherapy but is notorious for quick relapse or persistent disease after initial treatment. Given appropriate age, good performance status, otherwise good health and availability of matched donor, an allogeneic stem cell transplant can be potentially curative albeit risky with complications (morbidity) and mortality rate of 10-50%.

Rel/Ref MCL: Relapsed/refractory mantle cell lymphoma (rel/ref mcl) after 2 chemo regimens can be treated by "salvage" chemo on or off study. http://www.nccn.org/professionals/physician_gls/pdf/nhl.pdf - a clinical trial would be preferred if available. Some centers see more mcl than others and have more agents available including - mayo, uw-madison, mdacc, etc. Dexter near u-mi as well.
