My husband has multiple myeloma. he had a stem cell transplant & has been in remission. he had a gallbladder attack 6 wks ago. his pet results show activity (suv max 2.8) in a lymph node posterior to the duodenum. could this be from the gall attack?

Yes, it is possible because that lymph node belongs to the gallbladder lymphatic drainage. Good luck to your husband!
