Sounds like: You are hyperpronating. This is moving in the direction of a flatfoot. Options include conservative treatment with orthotics, or surgery. Depending on the severity of the deformtiy sometimes you can have a device inserted into your foot to realign it. Othertimes, a reconstrutive surgery.
