Maybe 5-6x/wk: It is recommended for people to do about 30 min of moderate exercises a day, 5-6x/wk. Being 23, you can do longer if you want/can. The key is to keep it going--keeping good health is a life-time committement. So, eat well, exercise regularly, live well and live long, fida. See doc for preventive care. Good luck.
