Yes.: Exercise is safe, as long as it's not more intense then before pregnancy. Many joggers who ran 5 miles per day would run the same length (or slightly less) up until the day they go into labor. It's great to maintain your cardiovascular health even during pregnancy. Take care!

Your OB: Will have specific activity guidelines for you at successive stages of pregnancy. For continuity of care, it's best to coordinate with your own provider.
