None...: Unfortunately there is no quick way to increase metabolism. Metabolism is roughly related to the amount of lean muscle mass. The only real way to increase your metabolism is to increase your lean muscle mass. Resistance exercise such as weights will accomplish this best.

Keep Insulin Low: Although foods tend to not increase metabolism very much you can add medium chain triglycerides(coconut oil) which increases circulating ketone levels. This reduces appetite and slightly enhances fat burning. More important, keep your Insulin levels low with a low glycemic index diet. The higher your Insulin levels the more you convert your carbs to fat which prevents weight loss.
