? Chronic fatigue: Is that what you are referring to? Suggest you see a doctor. That much weight loss and loss of appetite has another cause. Please go get evaluated soon.

Yes: Any chronic illness that affects appetite or metabolic rate can cause weight loss. The word "anorexia" just means loss of appetite, in medical-speak, it is not necessarily referring to anorexia nervosa.
