A member asked:

I have acid reflux and want to start going for an easy 2-mile walk after dinner. when is best to go (how long after eating, how long before bedtime).?

It depends...: How long you wait to exercise depends on the size of your meal and what kind of exercise you want to do. If you have your big meal of the day at lunch time, and a small evening meal, then choose to go for an easy 2-mile walk, 30 minutes is likely to be long enough to wait. If your evening meal is your largest of the day, an hour is a better wait.
