My son have a vitiligo in one corner of the lip in the size of a small bindi .it is there for 2 months and i am scared that will it spread .but till now it didn't spread , ?

Difficult to predict: It is very difficult to predict whether vitiligo will remain or spread over time. This is highly variable. Two months of age is a little bit young for vitiligo (though it does happen), so in this case, i would recommend being seen directly by a dermatologist to make sure of the diagnosis.
