Hello, i've had some vitiligo on the lower bottom of my lips for a few years, started small but now it's bigger. what are the treatments and cause?

First determine if it is vitiligo or something else. Vitiligo is a genetically determined autoimmune process often in areas of injury or irritation. No treatment is reliable. Sometimes potent anti inflammatory agents work. Sometimes we use skin dye to fill in some color. There are several ways to do this.
