What is the treatment for a 2 cm anterior wall uterine fibroid and will it affect you having kids in the future?

Maybe nothing: Uterine fiborids are quite common, especially in african american women. Often they don't cause much problem, but some women may experience painful and heavy menstrual periods, causing anemia etc..Progestin only birth controls may help a bit. They do shrink after menopause. If you have excessive symptoms, consult doc for treatment--few options available. Good luck.

Not usually: It is less than an inch and is unlikely to have a bearing on pregnancy. Good luck.
