Probably not well?: If one has a true bladder infection, it will usually need antibiotics. However, if treated early, one may be able to eliminate this by forcing fluids to the point of frequent voidings and "flush out" the bacteria and allow the body to heal without antibiotics. First one would need to know that this is an infection and not some other problem that would need other attention. If in doubt, check!
