Many choices: One could start with their pcp. This is always the basis of your care and the person who knows you the best. Then one could consider a dermatologist, general surgeon or plastic surgeon or even a neurologist. Sounds peculiar and may need additional testing, imaging and perhaps intervention. Hope all goes well.

Start with your PCP: To start, i would recommend seeing your primary doctor. They can decide if you need to be referred out, and to whom would be the best. Generally, a dermatologist would be able to help you with this type of issue if your pcp is not comfortable with it. Good luck.
