Unlikely: While i never say never, and there have been some reports of a depressed mood with fluoroquinolone class antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin, it would be extremely unlikely for short course of such an antibiotic to lead to clinical depression. Of course you can feel sad, down, unhappy or irritable simply from being sick.
