Is it ok to stop taking antibiotics after two doses? i've been feeling very tired, dizzy and overall depressed. wondering if the z pack is the cause.

Not the cause: Azithromycin, the active ingredient in Z-pak, doesn't cause such symptoms. Also, it's very long acting; azithromycin will be in your system for the next several days just from the doses already taken. Skipping the remaining doses won't make any difference even if azithromycin is the cause. Keep taking itt unless the doc who prescribed it says otherwise.

Those are: potential but uncommon side effects of zithromax. Best course of action is to call your doctor and explain the symptoms, and go from there.
