Water only for botls: A 19mo knows its time for bed & can go without feeding in the middle of the night. If you trained him to need a bottle to go down, he'll want one if he wakes up, that's his ritual. I would change the night ritual. No feeds within an hour of sleep, comforting bath, read a book & if he wants a bottle for now, it should have only water to protect the teeth. Over time he should self correct.

Throw them ALL away!: Ignore the tantrums that ensue without making eye contact, looking upset, or verbally consoling him. Buy open-mouth plastic cups, not sippy cups he can shlep around or take to bed. Have him checked for iron-deficiency with & without anemia; both can cause developmental delays. Take him to a pediatric dentist. Limit milk & milk products to 16-21 oz./ day; juice to zero. Watch him get healthy.
