Good Question: Obesity is having too much body mass. It takes more Insulin for a heavy person to process sugar from food and your system can burn out and you become diabetic. Blood pressure could be increased. Estrogen levels can rise, setting you up for cancers of various types. There is stress on your heart. You can get depressed. What you eat and how much are the most important factors in losing weight.
