Color: The best ones are the red and yellow veggies, carrots, squash etc. But don't overdo them because your skin will turn yellow from the carotene. But any and all of the veggies are good because they contain substances that help to prevent cancer, many of which are still unknown. Don't forget garlic in your diet but not as a juice. It has very benefical properties.
