You can drink: vegetable and fruit juice daily. Just be sure to avoid prepared juices which often contain a lot of sugar and sodium. Balance the fruits and vegetables. Too much fruit juice can eventually raise blood sugar. Eat the rainbow! Peace and good health. A variety of colors is best and can help w/detox.
