A member asked:

My diet does not consist of too many vegetables. can i get the same nutrients from those vegetables by juicing them?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Different benefits: With juicing you get a greater concentration of nutrients from inside the plant cells, but you miss out on the benefits of certain enzymes and the natural interaction of food with your body. You also bypass the benefit of fiber. Don't only juice (of course you want to go organic whenever possible). Chew colorful fruits and vegetables.
