Hep B is caused/viru: Hepatitis b is contacted by infected blood and body secretions by and is not not seen that much these days as all blood in us is screened for hepatitis b.Some patients rapidly improve, 1% get severe liver damage, other develope chronic HBV infection, cirrhosis of liver, cancer 20% of alcohol abusers get alcoholic hepatitis and can end in cirrhosis of liver and liver failure requiring liver transplan.
