No (not generally): Neither hepatitis b or c can be transmitted through casual contact. Very few, if any, viral particles are in saliva. If the person had a bloody mouth, for whatever reason, and you took appreciable quantities of blood infected fluid from the glass, there would be a remote possibility of hepatitis b, and an even remoter possibility of hepatitis c. Hepatitis a (infectious hep) can be spread though.
