Shoulder exercise: Exercises to maintain range of motion are essential. Strengthening exercises for the rotator cuff and the muscles surrounding the scapula can also improve function and decrease discomfort. If pain does not improve, or worsens, see a shoulder surgeon for a diagnosis and treatment plan.
