Are there any good stretches for a shoulder joint injury?

Yes, but...: Yes, but it depends on the specific shoulder injury. There are many things that can go wrong in a shoulder, and rehab is specific to each. Most exercises focus on regaining range of motion, flexibility, and strength. See your dr or a physical therapist and they should be able to come up with a plan to help you.

Here are two: 1. Simplest shoulder exercises are called pendulum exercises. These are performed by bending forward to allow your arm to hang down towards the ground. Small circles are made with the hand, allowing momentum to carry the arm around effortlessly.2.Clasp hands together and lift arms above head. Can be done lying down (drawing a) or sitting (drawing b). Keep elbows as straight as possible.
