Age & how irregular?: Many women with pcos have no fertility issues, but some need infertility treatment, especially if pcos causes irregular cycles or no periods (not ovulating). In general, women with pcos respond better to fertility drugs than women without pcos, but pcos can affect egg quality - your age when you start trying is a major factor for your prego chances. See a repro endo when ttc if you're not regular.

Good: The majority of women with pcos will be able to conceive - yet to expedite the process, many of them will require assistance of some type (ie. Fertility medications, weight loss, surgery, etc.).
