May I assume: You don't mean your 4-Y.O. Daughter has pcos, but that you do? At age 28 you have many years left in which i'm sure you can have as many more kids as you'd like.

PCOS: I guess you have pcos and a 4 year old child yes you can be fertile at 28 years old you can improve chances by using metformin if not successful consult a fertility specialist.
