It means: Most likely u do not ovulate , but you can get pregnant with medication, like Clomid (clomiphene) pills or u may need injections but your chance for pregnancy is very good with medication given by a gyn or repro endocrinologist who knows what they are doing.

No : You would likely ovulate less frequently, but could still conceive. Most women with pcos will conceive quicker with treatment medications such as Clomid (clomiphene) or letrozole.
