Allergy medicine: Over the counter allergy meds work very well, but aren't enough on their own for about 50% of us. Instead of stopping the otcs, f/u with your family doc and get some allergy nasal spray to add on to your otc allergy pills. You'll find that your symptoms resolve much better and life gets less drippy and sneezy.
